Booking Terms + Policies

Accepted Answer

Payment & Fees 
Full payment is due upon booking.  
Cleaning Fee: $150
Service fee: A 6% service fee is deducted with each booking - (this is 8-10% less than all other major rental booking sites)

Cancellations/ Refund Policies
100% refund until 24 hours after booking accepted, if booked 3+ days out
100% refund until 30+ days before check-in
50% refund between 7-29 days before check-in
0% refund between 0-6 days before check-in
Late arrival, or early departures will not receive a refund or discount.

No refunds will be given if guests cannot access cabin due to unsuitable vehicle. AWD or 4WD will be required to access cabin from September 1-May 31.

All cancellations must be in writing via direct booking contact email and are irreversible.

Early Check-in/ Late Check-out
Early check in or late check out can be decided upon a case-by-case basis. Please reach out for more details

Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstance 
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, winter storms, or other major events that are out of our control. Trip insurance is highly recommended.

House Rules

Accepted Answer

All rules must be followed to avoid immediate eviction and termination of rental with no refund. 
-Only registered guests may stay on premises (Maximum occupancy of 4 people)
-Please park in the driveway only - no street parking
-No outdoor music is permitted, per county guidelines
-Any activities which result in police being called to premises will result in immediate eviction without refund.
-No smoking or vaping
-No pets
-No parties
-No charcoal grills, no campfires
-Use hot tub at own risk
-Minimum age to rent is 21
-Unapproved late checkout charge $25 per 15 minutes
