Payment & Fees
Full payment is due upon booking.
Cleaning Fee: $150
Service fee: A 6% service fee is deducted with each booking - (this is 8-10% less than all other major rental booking sites)
Cancellations/ Refund Policies
100% refund until 24 hours after booking accepted, if booked 3+ days out
100% refund until 30+ days before check-in
50% refund between 7-29 days before check-in
0% refund between 0-6 days before check-in
Late arrival, or early departures will not receive a refund or discount.
No refunds will be given if guests cannot access cabin due to unsuitable vehicle. AWD or 4WD will be required to access cabin from September 1-May 31.
All cancellations must be in writing via direct booking contact email and are irreversible.

Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstance
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, winter storms, or other major events that are out of our control. Trip insurance is highly recommended.
