Payment & Fees Full payment is due upon booking. Cleaning Fee: $150 Service fee: A 6% service fee is deducted with each booking - (this is 8-10% less than all other major rental booking sites) Refundable Security Deposit A $500 refundable security deposit will be collected automatically 2 days before check-in This collection might be a hold or a charge (depending on the card, vendor, and network). Deposits are released automatically 2 days after check-out (if no charge request is submitted) Cancellations/ Refund Policies 100% refund until 24 hours after booking accepted, if booked 3+ days out 100% refund until 30+ days before check-in 50% refund between 7-29 days before check-in 0% refund between 0-6 days before check-in Late arrival, or early departures will not receive a refund or discount. No refunds will be given if guests cannot access cabin due to unsuitable vehicle. AWD or 4WD will be required to access cabin from September 1-May 31.
